Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation at Kanto's Guesthouse. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Reservations

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.

A valid credit card or payment of cash deposit is required to secure a reservation.

The guesthouse reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations at its discretion.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 15:00 onwards. Guests are required to provide a valid ID during check-in.

Check-out time is by 11:00 on the day of departure.

Late check-outs may be subject to additional charges.

Payments

The guesthouse accepts cash and major credit cards.

Full payment is required upon check-in. Additional charges, such as for food, beverages, or damages, will be settled at check-out.

Rates are inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations and No-shows

Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.

If cancellations or modifications occur within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, the guest will be charged the full price of the reservation.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The guesthouse is not liable for any loss or damage.

Guests are expected to treat the guesthouse, its staff, and other guests with respect and consideration.

Any damages caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

Smoking and Pets

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guesthouse. Designated smoking areas are available outside.

Pets are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of service animals as defined by applicable laws.

Liability

The guesthouse shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests' property or person during their stay.

The guesthouse shall not be responsible for any disruption or inconvenience caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or maintenance issues.

The guesthouse respects guests' privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

Amendments

The guesthouse reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised version on the guesthouse's website or other communication channels.

By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
